EXAM ACCESS ASSESSMENTS
Exam Access Arrangement Assessments are carried out in-line with JCQ guidance and centre-based evidence.
Assessment tests are selected in accordance with the school's evidence provided in Part 1 of Form 8.
Completion of Part 2 of Form 8 (if required).
What is are exam access arrangements
Exam access arrangements and reasonable adjustments are a centre-based delegation based on medical information or evidence/history of need.
To provide evidence of certain adjustments, assessment tests must be carried out by a suitably qualified assessor and completion of Part 2 of Form 8 can be completed and returned to the centre for submission.
£70 per student (including tests and forms, completion of Part 2 of Form 8 and provision of a student summary.
