Cancellation Policy

• Deposit payments are non-refundable. • An assessment may be cancelled by the assessee or their parent/carer prior to the appointment due to ill health. This will then be rearranged at the earliest possible convenience to both parties. • The assessor may cancel the assessment i.e. due to ill health, up to 24 hours before the assessment. This will then be rearranged at the earliest possible convenience to both parties. •. If the client fails to attend the appointment and has not notified the assessor upto 24 hours before the assessment, the whole of the assessment fee will be non refundable and no future assessment date will be given.
